Physiotherapy

Pre and Post Operative

Physiotherapy before your operation, in the ward, and after you go home, with the same team throughout.

Before surgery, we prepare you with strengthening and breathing exercises.

Afterwards, we start in the hospital, getting you up, moving and managing safely, then continue your rehab at our rooms, the gym or your home.

Because we follow you from one setting to the next, you don't have start your story again each time care moves. And even if we didn't see you at the hospital you were admitted our team has got your covered at our practice.

Common Reasons

Knee & Hip Replacement
ACL Reconstruction
Shoulder and Spinal Surgery
Abdominal surgery
Liver transplant

Musculoskeletal and Sports

Treatment for pain, stiffness and injury in your joints, muscle, tendons and spine, whether it came from sport, training, work or everyday life.

We combine hands-on treatment with exercise you can do on your own.

We also use VALD movement and strength testing to measure your progress, so decisions about returning to sport or training rest on measurements rather than on how it feels on the day.

Common Reasons

Back and neck pain
Shoulder and knee problems
Ankle sprains
Hamstring strains
Tendon pain
Arthritis
Running niggles that keep coming back

Cardiopumonary

Care for your breathing, lungs and physical strength during and after a hospital stay.

In intensive care and on the ward, we work with your medical team on chest clearance and breathing, and on early movement such as sitting, standing and first steps.

This helps limit the weakness that builds up when you're unwell.

As you recover, we help ease breathlessness and rebuild your stamina for daily life.

Common Reasons

Before and after major surgery
ICU and high-care stays
Chest infections
Breathlessness or weakness after illness.

Oncology

Physiotherapy during and after cancer treatment.

We help you manage fatigue, hold on to your strength and fitness through treatment, and rebuild them afterwards.

Each session is adjusted to how you're doing that day, and appointments can be planned around your treatment schedule.

Common Reasons

Treatment-related fatigue
Weakness and loss of fitness
Reduced mobility
Returning to activity after treatment

Tension Headache and Migraine

Many headaches are linked to the next, upper back and shoulders: tight muscles, stiff joints, and long hours at a desk or screen.

We assess how your neck and posture contribute, treat with hands-on techniques and targeted exercises, and look a the daily habits that tend to set your headaches off.

For migraine, physiotherapy works alongside your doctor's treatment, not instead of it, and can help where neck tension is part of the pattern.

Common Reasons

Headaches that start at the back of the head or neck
Tension headaches after long workdays
Shoulder and Spinal Surgery
Migraines that come with neck pain or stiffness
Headaches linked to jaw clenching

Home-based Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy in your own home, for when getting to a practice isn't practical or safe.

You see the same physiotherapists and get the same standard of care.

Being at home also means we can work with the spaces you actually use, such as stairs, the bathroom, and getting in and out of bed or a car.

Common Reasons

The first weeks home after surgery or a hospital stay
Recovering during cancer treatment
Limited mobility
Older adults wanting to stay steady and independent
Anyone without easy transport
